01 / Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Trackside Lens website and the purchase of prints from our gallery. By placing an order you accept these terms in full. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
02 / Orders & Payment
- All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated, and include applicable taxes.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
- An order confirmation email is sent once payment is received; this does not constitute acceptance of your order, which occurs when the print enters production.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there's a pricing error, stock issue, or suspected fraudulent activity.
03 / Prints & Fulfilment
All prints are produced on demand by our fulfilment partner, Printify. Production typically takes 3–7 business days before shipping. Colours may vary slightly from screen to print due to monitor calibration and substrate differences. Each print is a reproduction of an original photograph; you receive a physical print, not the digital file or copyright.
04 / Copyright
All photographs and content on this site are the property of Trackside Lens and protected by copyright law. You may not download, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any image without written permission. Purchasing a print grants you ownership of the physical print only.
05 / Apex Club Loyalty
Loyalty points are earned on completed, paid orders and may change without notice. Points hold no cash value and are non-transferable. We may modify or retire the programme at our discretion.
06 / Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trackside Lens is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the print in question.
07 / Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
